About me
Melanie Smith is Head of Digital, Data, and Technology for US Medical Affairs at GSK. In this role, she is responsible for developing and implementing key tech enablers that support GSK’s modern Medical Affairs organization. Prior to that, she led Research & Insights at Evidation Health and held various roles in marketing science, data science, and analytics at Genentech and Roche. She has an extensive career in digital customer engagement, scaling measurement platforms for media and resource optimization, and influencing organizations to be more data-driven through analytics.
